Is the Free plan enough for a first trial?

Yes. Free is meant for uploading a few files, checking the workspace and seeing whether SciPhys fits your research workflow.

Can a lab pay annually?

Yes. Lab plans are designed for annual billing because setup usually includes advisor workflows, student onboarding and optional local sync.

Does the price include all AI model costs?

Standard AI usage is included within fair-use limits. Very heavy usage, private deployments or custom model routing may require a lab or institution plan.

Can our data stay on a local server?

Yes. The Local Agent path is designed so new uploads can be mirrored to a lab-controlled folder on a computer, server or NAS.
